My Question:
1) Alongside my current training program, could you recommend a diet that will allow me to maintain a certain weight?
2) Is there an ideal ratio between the amount of calories consumed to the amount of calories burnt, that will help in losing a few kilos without burning myself out?
3) What is the main thing I should change in my diet when moving from karts to cars?

How much should I drink before a race?

Are energy drinks like Red Bull to maintain good energy levels throughout the race?

What should I eat after a gym session?

Questions:

1. What are the best food for a race day as most foods get you nauseous while driving and require alot of energy to digest.

2. What is the best energy quick-fix (non-energy drink)?

3. What are the best times to eat during the day, and how many meals should we eat to stay healthy and gain the weight we lost in the race?
