There was such a great response from the last post (leave it in the comments guys!)
that I thought you would also get loads out of this next one.
Once again it is about reaction times and is a cracking 5 min video.
What a great technique for training reaction times to get them super sharp!
Maybe you could integrate this into your own reaction time training in some way?
Sure they are quick, but once again an F1 driver would be quicker. Hopefully they will
start testing some drivers, they will clean those other fellas up!
Any questions or comments, drop them in the boxes below!

Quick reaction times are an essential part of being a great driver.
Being the quickest on the grid to react can get you the best start
or out of a sticky situation.
So how do you improve your reaction times?

Exercise One:
An excellent and fun way to improve your reaction times
is with the use of a Z-Ball.
This ball bounces in random and unpredictable way and
is loads of fun when played with a partner or in a group.
You can get a Z-Ball from Amazon.
Exercise Two:
Racquet sports such as squash and table tennis are also
fantastic ways to improve your reaction times as well as
hone your hand-eye co-ordination. The quick response
required makes this fantastic.
For an added element of difficulty and to integrate your
brain into the exercise try this:
Each time you hit the ball you must call out the make of
a car. For example:
hit 1: “BMW”
hit 2: “Toyota”
hit 3: “Ferrari”
hit 4: “Cadillac”
With this exercise you are being forced to think and act at the
same time. You must see how long you can go with this.
Fantastic training!
If using car makes is too easy you can list anything, for example
world cuisines, people’s names, countries.
Leave your comments below and let me know how you get on.
Keep Racing!

Everyone is worried that Rubens has taken a risk with these light fuel loads below however with the unpredictability of the Sao Paulo circuit running a lighter fuel load may not be a risk at all but an extremely clever strategy from a clever title contender.
It would be fantastic to see Rubens win a world championship after all these years.
Button can pick it up next year!
Cant wait until this afternoon!

Unbelievable qualifying with Barrichello ending up on Pole position! and Vettel and Button down in 14th and 16th! Throwing the spanner in the works and really making the final couple of races super exciting!

Rubens will be hoping and praying this weekend for the dream result
This weekend is a massive occasion for the Brazilian Barrichello, after years and years of being the bridesmaid this is possibly his last shot at the world title… And it’s a long shot! He is an experienced driver and a fantastic competitor. He will keep his head and put in a strong drive, undoubtedly but will it be enough? For a fantastic in depth run down on Barichello and the upcoming Brazilian GP check out this cracker of an article over at F1 Fanatic:
30 Minutes until the start of the spectacular Singapore GP!
What a crazy qualifying session it was yesterday with the Brawn boys both struggling.
Lewis will win the night race tonight. Quite comfortably.
Vettel will have a good race finishing on the podium, Button will finish out of the
points and Barrichello will pick some up!
Those are the SIngapore predictions.
Coming up in the next post, I will look at the mentality of Jenson Button, determine if he
has what it takes to win and some mind fitness strategies that he will be going through
to give himself perspective, and mental strength to get through to take the championship.
Keep Racing!
These are the predictions for the Hungarian GP starting in 1 hour:

1. Vettel
2. Webber
3. Hamilton
Now this is how I would like to see the top 3:
1. Webber
2. Button
3. Alonso
I am not a huge fan of Vettel and I hope that Webber can get ahead of him
this race to stop him being forced into a support role later in the
season!!
Cant wait for what will surely be a cracking race.
Keep racing!
Robin
